Manicure Mondays: Ghostly

Halloween is one yearly occasion that I’m not used to celebrating. I never went Trick or Treating when I was younger, nor have I gone to Halloween parties during my teenage years.  Back then, it wasn’t as widely celebrated as it is today. I’m not quite sure if I’m crashing a party this year so I haven’t thought of any costumes yet. I did, however, came up with a cutesy Halloween nail art for today’s Manicure Mondays to get into the mood!

I decided on a ghost nail art design because I’m still hungover from watching Casper the other day (Oh, Devon Sawa!). I chose a violet and orange base just to veer away from the usual red Halloween nails.

To create the ghosts, I simply used a regular white nail polish and brushed it on my nails to draw various teardrop shapes. I then added two dots for the eyes and a slightly oval shape for the mouth. I also decided to add a little spidey for the accent nail just to add a bit of pizzaz. After all, it’s a Halloween nail.
