I used them as a base together with The Face Shop Lovely Me Ex Paint Nails (Grey) and Bench Paintbox in Honeysuckle (glittery pink).
I went with a heart and bear accent nails, which I painted using a detailing brush. They’re actually quite easy to do, but it takes a bit of practice. As you can see, the edges in my drawings are still wobbly, but I’m working on it. Nonetheless, I still think I managed to draw a decent bear! (^_^)
I added some dots on the grey base just to pull the entire design together. I left the Bench Honeysuckle bare because the shade already stands out by itself. I had fun creating this design and I’m thinking of re-creating it with a different color scheme. What do you think? Would mint green, coral, and brown look good together?
Side note: If you happen to visit Bench, do get one or two of their vegan formula nail polishes. They’re priced at 65php a pop. They’re quite pricey compared to most drugstore nail polishes we have, but the formula is just divine. It glides on smoothly with zero bubbles, and lasts for a long time – around five to six days before they start to chip. Plus, they’re vegan! If you didn’t know it’s from Bench, you’d think it’s from a high end brand!
